Sales Assistant for Alltech Indonesia
Key responsibilities include:

Communicate with the sales team for the weekly and monthly customer visit plans and prepare the schedules accordingly
Assist the sales team in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports
Assist the sales team in all their sales efforts by preparing pricing quotations, following-up with customers, receiving orders and preparing necessary marketing tools for the sales call
Assist with making and scheduling customer appointments
Maintain and keep an up-to-date customer database
Maintain good relationships with customers
Work as part of a team to achieve Alltech Indonesia’s sales target

Candidate qualifications:

Bachelor degree in animal husbandry preferred
Experience in assisting and/or administration duties within the Indonesian feed industry is an advantage but not essential; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills are essential as well as proven organization skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and within a team is crucial
An energetic, positive and proactive attitude is necessary to cope with this fast-paced environment
Fluent in speaking and writing in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
